Welcome to BunnyBot! By using our web service and accessing the BunnyBot event database, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Fair Use Policy: Our web service is intended for the use of individuals and groups who uphold fair practices and respect within the 3dxChat community. Events posted by individuals or groups found to be engaging in bullying, manipulating numbers, or employing shady tactics will be considered a violation of our fair use policy.
2. Professional Advertising Disallowed: BunnyBot is committed to supporting independent creators and community-friendly groups/clubs. As such, we do not permit "professional" 3rd party advertising on our platform. Our service is meant to provide visibility through cross-advertising for individuals and groups aligned with these principles.
3. Event Posting Limits: To ensure fair usage and equal opportunity for all users, each individual person is allowed to add no more than 1-2 events per day and a total of not more than 5 events per week.
4. Account Suspension: We reserve the right to disable accounts and remove events that are found to be in violation of our fair use policy or the new advertising limits. This includes accounts associated with individuals or groups that promote or engage in bullying, manipulation of numbers, or other activities that harm the overall 3dxChat community experience.
5. Reporting Violations: If you come across any events or users who you believe are violating our fair use policy or advertising limits, we encourage you to report them to our support team. We rely on the vigilance and cooperation of our community members to maintain a positive and inclusive environment.
6. Disclaimer of Liability: While we strive to provide a reliable and secure web service, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, availability, or functionality of the BunnyBot event database at all times. By using our web service, you acknowledge that we shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages or losses arising from the use or inability to use our service.
